Every trade pays holders.
In actual dollars.

A 1% buy tax and a 1% sell tax, locked at create on Argus. After the pad’s cut, the rest is split between holders of record, the creator wallet, and a burn. Supply falls, holders get paid, the rates cannot be changed later.
